IsZEB Certify is a new, innovative digital platform that contains software packages for assessing the energy efficiency and intelligence of a building infrastructure. It also supports the use of information from BIM models.

Description

An online platform is designed and developed, with ultimate goal the optimization and automation of the analysis of the energy efficiency and intelligence of a building infrastructure, according to the National and European technical guidelines.

After a thorough study of the existing tools, methodologies and new specifications, the IsZEB Certify fully aligns with the current legislation and introduces new concepts and technologies, offering a holistic and innovative approach.

The online platform aims to digitally automate the process. The main pillars of the system are:

1. the interconnection with advanced digital building infrastructure models, such as BIM
2. the automation of the calculations and the data input of the existing methodology
3. the interconnection with the SRI methodology
4. the support for the IsZEB methodology

Main characteristics

The IsZEB Certify consists of a back-end system accompanied by an online platform for the end users.
Upon completion of the project, the user will be able to issue:

• Energy Audit Result and Energy Performance Certificate, according to KENAK
• Smart Readiness Indicator Certificate based on the existing SRI calculation methodologies
• Energy Performance Certificate based on updated European directives and international standards
• Certificate according to the IsZEB Methodology
