Programme Information

The main objective of the programme "Cooperative formations for the promotion of innovation in local entrepreneurship " is to provide incentives for the establishment of new cooperative formations in the region of Central Macedonia, or to upgrade the operation of the existing ones, in order to promote innovation in local entrepreneurship, foster the sharing of facilities and equipment, and encourage the exchange of knowledge and expertise, the knowledge transfer, and other activities including networking, dissemination of information and cooperation between companies and other organizations of the cooperative formation.

Τhe enterprise “Intelligent Solutions for Zero and Positive Energy Buildings – Digital Innovation Hub”, which is headquartered in the Region of Central Macedonia,  was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union for the implementation of its project under the Action 
«Clusters for the promotion of innovation in local entrepreneurship» under the framework of the Operational Program «Central Macedonia» 2014-2020. 

The main objective of the Action is to strengthen the establishment or upgrade the cooperation of the cluster operation for the promotion of innovation in local entrepreneurship by sharing facilities and equipment, exchanging Knowledge and expertise, transferring Knowledge, networking, information dissemination and cooperation between enterprises and other organizations of the cluster.

Investment’s total budget is 1.043.545 € out of which 607.389,25 €  is public expenditure.  The Action is co-financed by Greece and the European Union - European Regional Development Fund.

The approved investment plan that was implemented includes the following categories of investment:

• Buildings, installations, landscaping 
• Machinery - equipment
• Software
• Personnel 
• Promotion, marketing, networking 
• Research

The enterprise, via its participation in the Action, achieved:

• promotion of innovation
• increase of competitiveness
• enhancing extroversion
• enhancing entrepreneurship
