IsZEB (hereinafter referred as the "Processor") informs you that it collects, processes and stores, in electronic and paper form, the personal data contained in this application (in particular the following: Name, Surname and telephone number of the new IsZEB Member), applicable in relation to the provisions of the current legislation on personal data, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("General Data Protection Regulation"), as applicable from now on (hereinafter "the Legislation on Personal Data "), and in accordance with the following more specific terms and conditions:

Our company collects the above personal data from you, exclusively for the purpose of ensuring its smooth operation, the execution of the contract / cooperation agreement and the protection of your security. The legal basis of the data processing is, on the one hand, your written consent given hereby, and, on the other hand, the fact that the processing of the above personal data is necessary for the execution of the contract between us.

Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party without your prior written consent. Also, our company will not transfer the above personal data to a country outside the EU. The above personal data will be made available and will be processed by the authorized members of our company, which will process them exclusively for the fulfilment of the above purposes, and in no case for their own benefit. Furthermore, some of the above personal data will be made available and will be processed, by authorized external partners (eg external accountant, in terms of invoicing, etc.) to the purpose of execution of the contract between us.

The company will keep and process the above personal data for as long as is required to serve the aforementioned processing purposes, as well as for as long as required, in order to comply with its legal obligations and to defend itself against any legal claims. After the end of the above period of time, the company will proceed to the final deletion of the above personal data.

Subject to specific exceptions, conditions and restrictions provided in the Personal Data Legislation, you may access, correct, restrict the processing, object to and delete the above personal data.

You have the right to revoke your present consent without prejudice to the legality of the processing based on this consent prior to its revocation.

You have the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority, if you consider that the processing of your personal data is contrary to applicable law.
