The assessment is carried out through the use of the IsZEB Certify software tool and is provided as a service by the Cluster’s team of specialized engineers. The implementation of the IsZEB Standard leads to a holistic evaluation of building constructions, the awarding of a quality label, and the creation of a registry of buildings certified according to IsZEB.

Classification according to IsZEB

The assessment process is completed with the final certification of the building, which is reflected through its classification into one of the predefined IsZEB categories. Depending on its overall performance, the building is assigned to one of the following rating levels:
