Office & Financial Administrator
Job description
The Company "IsZEB" wishes to hire at its offices in Thessaloniki an experienced Economist (BSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration), to cover the position of the "Office & Financial Administrator"
Responsibilities
- Organization, monitoring and development of management procedures (administrative, financial) regarding the smooth operation of the Company.
- Management (financial, administrative, physical scope) of the life cycle of research projects and investment programs at National (ESPA) and European level
- Contract Management
- Overseeing and controlling global timesheet
- Writing deliverables and reports
Desired Skills And Experience
- BSc in Economics (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
- A Masters Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Desired knowledge / experience around the construction / energy sector
- Desired experience in the administration of research funded projects (e.g. ESPA, Horizon)
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
